Inside the Marketplace building
The oven, the dough, and what comes out of it.
These are our own photos, taken in the dining room and around the oven. No stock images. If you want to see what it actually looks like before you order, this is it.

The oven itself. Mosaic tile, BTP set into the arch in mirror tile, the fire lit behind it.

Every pie goes onto the stone floor of the same wood-burning oven, so the char pattern is never quite the same twice. That is the point of doing it this way instead of a gas deck oven.

How it gets there
From a lump of dough to a live fire.

Stretched by hand, not pressed by a machine.

A live fire, not a gas deck oven.

Family owned since 2015
Est. 2015 is engraved on their own peel.

Boxed up and ready to go.

A past special, strawberry, pecan and balsamic. Not on the current menu, but it did happen.
